I crave peace!

Anxiety and loneliness weighed upon my heart,
In quest of finding myself, I sat apart,
I took a leave from all that is making me sad,
Stressed, unworthy, and mad.

I crave peace,
I crave sanity,
A few moments of solitude because I want to find myself.

Isolation brings about reflection,
Reflection brings about self-discovery,
Self-discovery brings about growth.

I will be back soon to mingle once again,
But for now, let me just reflect,
In my room alone with my thought I shall remain.

Source I see "toxicity" in this picture. Have you ever come across Amanita Muscaria which is a toxic mushroom? Toxicity is detrimental to our health. This article is not about Amanita Muscaria, but as you read further you'd understand the need for the comparison.
