First, she changed her name after falling in love with the love of her life.. Then she became naive immediately when she found out she had a bump.. A newbie in the motherhood game but still determined to be the best at it.. Right from day one..she nurtured the foetus in her with so much affection. So many sleepless nights.. Swollen legs.. Back pain.. Headaches.. Unnecessary fats.. Swollen nose and face.. Yet she wore her new skin with pride as she walked everywhere.. I could hear her pray for me to be safe and great.. And that day came.. I came out.. Lo and behold another journey embarked.. How do I protect my little one? How do I teach her the ways of the lord? Then she began from infancy.. Inculcating values and virtues in me.. Never to deviate from them when I'm grown. You were firm yet you were kind.. Making sure I grow up to be someone great.. Your prayers covered me like a duvet. Your smiles made me feel safe.. Mama would sacrifice her time for me, Mama would go hungry to ens...

It started with my mind, I battled with many thoughts and doubted many possibilities. I began to run, run away from me, my worries and all the troubles. But tell me, how can a man run away from himself? I began to change my mindset and gradually began to roll my troubles to an unknown place, So that I can find peace and breathe again. I fell a thousand times, finding my way back home, I managed to raise my head high and look. My eyes saw hope standing in front of me, Reaching out to me with outstretched arms. How do you cope when your mind is divided? And there's so much to do in so little time? She sat in silence and allowed her mind to wander.
