So many things went down this week and yes, I paused and reflected. Pexel Firstly, I asked myself. What is life without genuine friends? It's not even about the number of friends but the quality of the few we have in our corner. So, last week I was quite under the weather, it started with just the regular headache which I thought was from stress, I decided to rest that day but the headache didn't even stop, it got worse. The next morning, I had already developed a sore throat, and a severe headache and was catching a cold. My country has been a mess with the cashless policy, Are you aware we buy money now? Well, that wasn't even my pain. My pain was the fact that I had money in my bank account but it seemed useless. Why? My bank's network was terrible it wasn't going through, At the outset of my sickness I had managed to visit a pharmacist, but I couldn't purchase a single drug because I had no cash on me since the cash has now become scarce like "true love

Source Immediately I saw this picture I quickly remembered a popular phrase that says... "There are two sides to a coin". This reminds me to verify every piece of information before broadcasting it. Wait, a rumor is spreading so fast, do you just believe it without hearing the other side of the story? Someone brought in an argument, do you just jump to a conclusion without hearing from the other party? This picture shows that there are always two sides to a story, to be a good mediator or "judge", one needs to take  time to listen and understand both sides before making any decision. It's sad to see people inherit enemies based on what they must have heard from people without listening to the other side of the issue. This picture reminds me also that there are different perspectives in life, I do not always need to view life from one angle,  "weigh each decision alongside their consequences". There's so much chaos in the world, yes nobody disputes

Why do you think society places such a high value on beauty when it serves no functional purpose? Have you ever wondered? Beauty deals with the physical attribute that is pleasing to the eyes (aesthestic). I think people place more value on beauty because of the attraction from and to beautiful things. Let's just say, Beauty is a selling point. For instance, would you as a man be attracted to a woman with bulging eyes, a big fat nose, and teeth bulging out of the gum or would you as a woman be attracted to a man with these features?  No insults intended. Louisa was a very close friend of Lisa, they shared practically everything. They shared love life stories, and their belongings and they were more like sisters rather than friends. The reason I chose this song is not far-fetched, I heard it's the "month of love" and then I ask myself where is even the love? When the world is now filled with cruelty and chaos, love has been replaced with trauma, something terrible happened to a friend of mine, her 12-years old daughter died mysteriously in her school during their school's inter-house sport. The whole news has gone viral. You can watch the video  here  on Instagram and see for yourself how callous and inhumane people can be. She's in so much pain demanding answers from the school authority on how her child died and everyone seems not to be bothered, she was told to accept her fate like that.
