The last time I told you how I craved peace because Jack did me dirty.

I went to my happy place, the beach to be precise, for the breath of fresh air and to be at peace with myself and the world again. I lay on my back in the water like I was dead, I looked heavenward asking for a wish, my heart is pure so l have no intention to revenge but the law of karma will find him.

A few weeks later, I heard how life had turned for Jack, the woman he left me for left him too, isn't karma a bitch?

I heard his life has become miserable, he lost a fortune to scammers and now he wants me back. I've made peace with myself and I've moved on.

Life is too short to waste it on Jack, I have found my balance once again!

Whatever you do, always remember the law of karma, and never do people dirty, it will surely find its way back to you.

"We are just fine faces with sad and heavy hearts." I saw this quote somewhere on a wall some years back, and I agreed with it. Have you noticed how many people shy away from talking about their mental health? They hate to be tagged "out of their mind" or hate to be stigmatized, so they live in self-denial until it gets out of hand. Even when you ask people how they are doing, they hide under the shell of "I'm fine." Whereas there's a lot to talk about, they aren't fine, their hearts are heavy, and they are sad on the inside. He was like the largest part of her life, we could say, "her life revolved around him". Cheryl couldn't understand why the man who claims to love her did her wrong.
