A popular network provider in my country once said "Data is life," and I agree with them. Having data has made it much more easier to access social media at the snap of our fingers, and in all honesty social media has played numerous roles in our lives however, they have their pros and cons. As humans, we are sometimes perplexed when it feels like we are faced with a very difficult situation, many though lose hope and give up along the line, but are there ways we can strengthen hope? Hope is an act of mindfulness, it requires a constant effort to strengthen it and gratitude is the first step to maintaining hope. This is because gratitude makes it easy for you to appreciate what you've gotten while looking ahead to much more better days. I have a friend who almost gave up on life, he hated the fact that things weren't going on well with him, everyday he complained bitterly about his current situation and that left him sad all the time.
