Papa died in April and asked you to care for mama,
Everybody loved you and looked up to you there was no comma,
You wanted a good life and so you saved so much
You made sure, you had the best education to give your siblings the good life thru the savings untouched

Your girlfriend loves you for your temperament
You wanted her to have the best birthday ever in a cozy environment
So you both went on a fun trip to the seaside
Holding her by your side

You had the best time ever and it's time to come home
You wanted to feel the water one more time
And after a few minutes, you didn't return
She looked everywhere for you, only to see you struggling for your life
Michael you drowned
Michael what of mama?
Who would care for mama?

Mama will cry
mama might die
Mama might go insane

Here today, then disappears tomorrow
All that we are can quickly fade away
replaced with tears and sorrow

I will do this tomorrow
What if tomorrow never comes?
Live for today and do all you can
Tomorrow is never promised

A battle between desire and reality.

It was on the 28th of October, 2022 at exactly 12:30 am, Debbie woke up that midnight feeling unhappy.  Source It was her 28th birthday, and unlike other birthdays this one was different, she felt like a loser simply because she felt she wasn't doing enough and today is another reminder that she was getting older, most of her mates were married with kids, and others work in a very big firm and living the lives of their dreams. Source I see "toxicity" in this picture. Have you ever come across Amanita Muscaria which is a toxic mushroom? Toxicity is detrimental to our health. This article is not about Amanita Muscaria, but as you read further you'd understand the need for the comparison.
