What Did You Hear About Nigerians, Come Take A Sneak Peek.

Welcome to this part of the world called "Nigeria".

This country is also known as the Giant Of Africa...

However, it's so sad that the Nigerian government isn't working well but despite that, I would love to share a few things I like most about my country.

We are hustlers
I am so much in love with the Nigerian's hustling spirit, a typical Nigerian has a job and multiple side hustles which is very commendable.

They are shameless on the path that leads to success, they are determined, and they are go-getters, while in traffic you'll notice cute ladies and men hawking petty things like Sachet water, gala, chargers, soft drinks, and the like.

We are very ambitious, hardworking, and focused. By 4:00 am, the streets of Lagos are already bustling, people are out for their daily bread which is why there is a lot of traffic out there.

Nigerians are smart and creative people that's why we have this theme "Shine ya eyes". Whoever can survive in Nigeria can survive in any part of the world.

Alongside their hustling spirit, they blend it with a lot of humor.

Nigerians are happy people and we play too much. We are the most friendly people in the world, which is why foreigners are free in our country.

Should I even talk about our senator blaming monkeys for our lost funds? Or how they said snakes consumed a lot of money too?

We create memes with everything🤣🤣🤣, my fellow brethren will understand this statement.."Let be poor breatheeeee" This phrase was made by our leader and has now gone viral and is now a joke to many people, they have incorporated that phrase into a lot of memes which will leave you cracking up.

We can bash each other in this country, but a non-Nigerian dare not bash our citizens, we are surely coming back for you in your Twitter or Instagram space. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

It's only in my country that questions are used to answer questions.😄😄

Someone might genuinely ask "Are you sleeping?" The next response you'll get is "No, I am practicing how to die." 😄😄😄😄

Your babe might break your heart, and the next is your friends cheering with "last last, e don cast, this breakfast (heartbreak) go reach everybody."

We create happiness for ourselves in our little way.

Even the sound of "UP NEPA"(when the power supply has been restored) will leave you excited even for a short while because after it rains, they use 7 days to dry the wire. So why shouldn't we be excited when it is restored?
😄😄😅

Resilience

We are strong people and we bounce back almost immediately which is something else I love about my country.

We've had a lot of bad times here in the country, and a lot of things have left us broken like bad governance, no constant power supply, and so on but somehow we learn to pull through and bounce back.

Nigerians do not stay down, they get back on their feet and make things happen.

Nigerians are physically, mentally, and emotionally strong people.

Diversified Culture

Our culture is very beautiful, from the dressing to the food to the language.

Have you seen a Nigerian bride in her Cultural attire? Omg!! You'll fall in love instantly.
How about the food in our "Owambe". (Weddings/Parties), have you tasted Nkwobi, Abacha, Amala, Ukwa, Eforiro, and the likes?"

Nigeria has good and healthy food, our cultural dish is something to be excited about.

Nigerian Pidgin
This particular language dey burst my bololo😍😍😍, we are real and natural people, and it gets to a point where when you are trying to be formal in an informal setting, people look at you like you are crazy. " Who this one dey form for?😄😄

Our Nigerian pidgin is so sweet especially when you are having a hot gist😄😄😄 with your fellow comrades🤪

Nigerians are very respectful people, especially the Yoruba tribe, they greet you for everything take for instance you are working they say "Eku-ise,", " eku-ile" for staying at home, "eku-tanju" because you are caring for a sick person and so on. They can even greet you for sleeping or pooing😄😄😄 that's how deep it is.

Creativity

It takes intelligence to create and on that note, I do not think any skit in the part of the world is funnier than a Nigerian's skit.
Wait a minute, I'm sure you know "Oga Sabinus", Mr. Macaroni, their facial expressions alone will leave you with no other option but to laugh.

They are so creative in everything they do, from their dance to their comedy, even to her handiwork and much more. Whatever we choose to do, we do it and excel in our niche, have you seen our fashion designers? The likes of VeekeeJamesPrecious Apparel and others? Can you beat their fashion sense? How about our writers, the likes of Wole Soyinka, and Chinua Achebe?

We are the life of the party.

When it comes to parties, haaaa!!! Leave it for Nigerians, we will make it happen, from our Aso-ebi (particular fabrics which must be worn on that day) to the MC, to the decors and the food.

We make it happen, we are very fashionable and beautiful.

These are the things that I love so much about my country..NIGERIA

I am sure I brought the Nigerian Aura here, don't tell me you didn't laugh after reading this.
I know, I know. You're welcome.🤗🤗
