Well from my perspective, what makes us human are; Conscience The inner mind which tells us right from wrong makes us human, however many people have trained their conscience to do dirty and shitty things which makes life hard now for others. Culture What is humanity without tradition and culture? Culture makes us human, varieties of our food, music, and other cultural trait make us human. This trait shapes our thinking and behavior and influence who we are. Language and Speech Animals indeed communicate, however, the language of humans, being able to express themselves either thru sign language, body language or speech makes us human, makes it easy to understand each other and live together.
